Short-Term Rental Agreement

Reservation requests are subject to host approval. A reservation-specific rental agreement will be provided for review and signature before the booking is confirmed. No signature or payment is collected on this page.

1. Parties and property

The rental agreement will identify the Casa Serena property, the owner or authorized host, the primary guest, and the confirmed reservation details.

2. Dates, guests, and occupancy

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM (San Antonio time). Maximum overnight occupancy is 10 guests. Guest names/count and reservation dates will be specified in the final agreement. No additional minimum age such as 21 or 25 is imposed; the contracting guest must have legal capacity to enter the agreement.

3. House rules

Guests must comply with the Casa Serena House Rules, including no pets, outdoor-only smoking, quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, parking limits, and no unauthorized events.

4. Pool and safety

The pool is not heated and no lifeguard is provided. Children require active adult supervision. Guests must comply with posted safety notices and promptly report unsafe conditions. Any responsibility or liability provisions in the final agreement remain subject to applicable law.

5. Price and payment

The final agreement will itemize the confirmed lodging price, discounts, cleaning fee, applicable taxes, total charges, payment instructions, and deadlines. Website prices are estimates until the host confirms the reservation. The website does not collect payment.

6. Direct-booking cancellation terms

For confirmed direct bookings: cancellations 14 or more days before check-in receive a 100% lodging refund; cancellations from 7 to fewer than 14 days before check-in receive a 50% lodging refund; cancellations fewer than 7 days before check-in receive no lodging refund. Deadlines are measured from 4:00 PM San Antonio time on the scheduled check-in date. Unused cleaning fees and applicable refundable taxes are returned for cancellations before arrival. Any nonrefundable processing fees must be disclosed before payment. Mandatory legal rights are not waived.

7. Damage and property care

Guests are expected to exercise reasonable care, report damage promptly, and may be responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear as specified in the signed agreement and permitted by law.

8. Confirmation and execution

Submitting a website request does not reserve dates. The host will review availability and approve or decline the request. A reservation is confirmed only after required signatures, payment, and written host confirmation. The signed agreement will be provided privately, not published on this website.
